Job Description/Duties
Design and layout of analog or mixed-signal integrated circuits in Bipolar, CMOS or BiCMOS technologies .
Perform specification analysis, design or redesign, simulations, layout or layout migration, verification, evaluation and documentation of ICs.
Transfer of products and IP blocks between different processes.
Creation of design and migration methodology and tools.
Creation and maintenance of documentation.
Requirements
- MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics required.
- Experience in analog and mixed-mode IC design.
- Knowledge of advanced IC design tools required (Cadence and/or Mentor and/or other)
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics and IC fabrication required.
- Knowledge of computer programming required.
2-3 years experience required
